Refund policy

We hope you will be delighted with your items however we appreciate there may sometimes be times when issues arise so please ensure you read the below thoroughly as our policies do differ depending on item. 

ANTIQUE & VINTAGE ITEMS

We personally source all pre loved and new items and do everything to ensure the items are sold in the best possible antique or vintage condition, and that any imperfections are highlighted in our listings. Due to the pre-loved nature of these items we are unable to accept any returns on our antique or vintage pieces so please ensure you fully read the listing description before purchase. 

All dimensions are available on the listings as well as pictures however if you feel you need more information before purchasing please contact us at thelunatiques@gmail.com and we will endeavour to answer any queries.

NEW ACCENT PIECES

You must return your item within 14 calendar days. We need to have approved the return and have received the item back within this time period. To notify us of your intention to return please email thelunatiques@gmail.com quoting your order number, your name and address and the reason for return.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.  We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Please note that we do not currently offer free returns. Return postage is non-refundable.

All returns will be inspected upon receipt to ensure compliance and we endeavour to process refunds within 5 working days however, please do allow 10 working days during busy seasonal periods. 

We regret that refunds are not offered after the 14 day period expires.
