Shipping policy
ENGLAND, WALES, SCOTLAND & NORTHERN IRELAND
Shipping prices vary dependent upon type of item being purchased and location.
Additional shipping fees may be accrued if courier delivery to Scotland, the Islands and Northern Ireland is required. Please contact us at thelunatiques@gmail.com for prices before committing to a purchase.
Small Items - £4.95 (Royal Mail, Parcelforce etc)
All small items will be shipped with a trusted delivery partner. We usually ship once a week on a 24 or 48 hour tracked service however if you require it sooner please let us know.
Medium Items eg: Mirrors and Large Art - £14.95 (Specialist Courier)
Large & Heavy Items eg. Furniture or Oversized Items - £34.95 (Specialist Courier)
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee or confirm specific days or times for courier deliveries. Once the item is booked with our courier service they will contact you to confirm the delivery and will need someone at the delivery address to be available to take receipt of item.
Delivery is via a trusted courier service with a single driver, who will need assistance unloading at your end (ground floor delivery only). An express and two man delivery service may be available at an additional charge.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5-7 working days of receiving payment.
Alternatively, we are happy to work with your own preferred courier service if you have one.

PACKAGING
Please be aware that we try to keep packaging to a minimum and the outer packaging may not always be as pretty as the inside as we are doing our best to be eco-friendly and we re-use boxes/filling wherever possible.
